THE FOOD

Georgian cuisine is rich, delicious and very shareable. The staple dish is something called khachapuri, which translates to “cheese bread.” We’re talking about a bread boat filled to the brim with a mix of fresh cheeses and an egg yoke to top it off.

Tear, dip, and share in this magical experience. Our menu features a variety of traditional and non-traditional khachapuris for every palette. We also offer a selection of small Georgian bites if you’re looking for something a little lighter.

THE WINE

Georgia, a nation the size of West Virginia, hosts a startling number of diverse and delectable wine varieties. Over 500 in fact. Wine isn’t just a fun little part of Georgian culture.

Backed by eight millenia of wine making, one might argue that wine is Georgian culture. Traditional Georgian wine is fermented in the ground in large clay pots lending them a unique, organic flavor. With many varieties of reds, whites and amber wines, you won’t be easily bored with this selection. Our menu will feature a robust sampling of wines from the various Georgian wine regions.
